We began investing in Cape Coral Florida real estate in 1999, and had some "rather interesting" experiences with the Real Estate "professionals" we encountered. We are, ourselves, "Real Estate Professionals" with over 60 years of combined experience, in our family owned company in Ocean City, NJ. We demand a lot of ourselves and our associates, and so, needless to say, we are very critical, and expect quite a lot of quality service from the Realtor we would have represent us.

After doing some business with a couple of agents from "Nationally known" franchised offices, learning along the way just how inept many agents can be, we encountered Terry Mell. We met Terry in an "Aubuchon Homes" model home in Cape Harbour, and were immediately impressed with the magnificent quality of the home, as well as Terry's professional demeanor, and knowledge of the product and area. As Realtors, we knew Terry had the qualities that make an exceptional Sales Agent, and that we need not look any further.

Four years later we are now in the midst of building our second "Aubuchon Home", and Terry is still our man. We cannot imagine having any other Realtor, or Builder in Cape Coral.
